REFUGE AND STRENGTH OUTREACH
Refuge and Strength Outreach provide TELEHEALTH services that focus on the needs and welfare of children in the Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino counties. Our services to families, both formally and informally, enhance their capacity to care for and protect their children.
Thanks to advanced technology, RAS Outreach also offer Professional “REAL-TIME COURT ORDERED VISITS” (gives parents’ options to spend quality time with their children); REAL-TIME PARENTING EDUCATION, ANGER MANAGEMENT, COUNSELING , and DV GROUP.

Our collaborative goal is to eliminate both personal and societal differences by helping our clients develop the critical skills needed to maintain a healthy parent/child relationship.
